Role summary
Ipsen seeks an Endpoint Management Specialist to oversee the operation, administration, and improvement of enterprise endpoint management platforms across a global biopharmaceutical organization. The role combines technical expertise in MECM, Intune, and mobile device management with strategic guidance to IT teams and third-level support for business-critical systems.

- Extensive MECM implementation, administration, and configuration experience
- Proficiency in OS imaging, deployment, OSD, and Autopilot for large corporate environments
- Strong background in software distribution, packaging, patching, and imaging
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure VDI, Defender EDR, and enterprise encryption tools
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows 11, Entra AD, and Office 365
- Scripting capability using PowerShell, SQL, or WQL
- Technical certification in Microsoft Intune or Azure preferred; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 5+ years related experience
What you'll be doing
- Implement and maintain endpoint management solutions including MECM, Intune, and mobile device management platforms
- Manage OS imaging and deployment for enterprise environments using OSD and Autopilot technologies
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business needs and security standards
- Direct day-to-day operations through IT service partners and provide third-level technical support
- Investigate technical issues, implement preventive measures, and resolve escalated service desk tickets
