Role summary
Integrated DNA Technologies seeks an Applications Scientist to provide technical support and expertise to genomics customers across EMEA. The role involves pre- and post-sales customer assistance, assay design guidance, and troubleshooting, based remotely in Belgium.

What you'll be doing
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot product applications using customer data and internal IDT databases
- Deliver experimental and assay design expertise to support customer research
- Manage custom design requests from intake through completion
- Collaborate with sales and service departments on technical escalations and consultations
