Role summary
Waters seeks an entry-level Electrical Service Engineer to provide field service support for diagnostic and laboratory instruments across Cedar Rapids and surrounding territories. - Install, maintain, upgrade, and repair laboratory instruments including KiestrA, Microbiology, Molecular, and LC/MS systems
- Respond promptly to customer service needs and communicate work performed with follow-up plans
- Generate field service revenue through preventive maintenance and equipment relocation offerings
- Schedule and complete proactive system upgrades with customers
- Document customer complaints and maintain inventory of spare parts and assigned equipment
