What you'll be doing
- Assess business needs and recommend process improvements for EDI order intake and GHX transaction flows
- Develop functional business requirements and translate customer needs into system enhancements
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot EDI failures, data integrity issues, and order exceptions
- Create and maintain documentation including process flows, requirements, test scripts, and knowledge management content
- Train users on new processes and systems to promote electronic ordering adoption and strengthen exception handling
