Role summary
Lead electronic patient-reported outcome projects across clinical research initiatives, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams from conception through delivery. Requires at least three years of IRT or eCOA experience, strong project management capabilities, and fluency in English. Positions available in Gdansk, Sofia, and Johannesburg.

- Lead planning and implementation of cross-functional eCOA projects
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, and resource requirements
- Develop full-scale project plans and manage timelines and budgets
- Develop and manage risk mitigation strategies for eCOA quality issues
- Track deliverables and provide stakeholder progress reports with solutions
