Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of US New Products Business Development for Cardiovascular to lead launch planning and hospital strategy for Milvexian through a J&J–BMS alliance. What you'll be doing
- Lead development of integrated US Hospital/IDN strategy and execution plan for Milvexian with BMS partnership
- Drive data-driven decision-making using market research, analytics, and customer insights to refine strategy
- Lead KAM strategy deployment, planning, and training initiatives
- Manage agency-of-record and vendor partner relationships to deliver compliant HCP tactics on time and budget
- Serve as Secondary Stroke Prevention co-lead for Alliance US Working Group and champion innovative partnership opportunities
