  • Demonstrated experience designing and leading coalitions in government or campaign settings
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills with persuasive written and verbal communication
  • Executive presence and political acumen to engage high-profile stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, demanding environment

What you'll be doing

  • Shape government policies and public policy environments to improve patient access and reimbursement for oncology brands
  • Serve as liaison between Government Affairs and Oncology/Specialty Business Units, sharing business developments and policy intelligence
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party organizations and develop aligned advocacy strategies
  • Support brand team strategy development and capacity building across product life cycles
  • Manage consultants and budgets for public policy advocacy initiatives; monitor external trends affecting therapeutic areas
