- Define ENT platform and system architecture strategy in collaboration with marketing and clinical experts
- Lead systems engineering execution across therapy delivery systems, devices, and accessories with cross-functional integration
- Mentor engineering talent and serve as a transformational leader advancing organizational effectiveness and R&D collaboration
