Develop and execute supplier segmentation, product-to-supplier mapping, and strategic sourcing roadmaps
Own financial performance accountability including cost targets, margin expansion, and cash flow optimization
Manage supply network transformation including acquisitions, integrations, insourcing/outsourcing decisions, and manufacturing transfers
Provide early procurement engagement in new product development and ensure supplier readiness for launch and scale-up
