What you'll be doing

Lead and develop a team of Safety Scientists; manage succession planning and talent pipelines
Develop standardized processes, templates, and SOPs for signal detection and safety document authoring across products
Coordinate all aspects of signal management including Safety Monitoring Teams and Signal Evaluation Reports
Analyze aggregate safety data to identify emerging safety issues and support periodic safety report delivery
Collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Biostats teams on benefit-risk assessments
