What you'll be doing
- Lead warm-water aquatic animal health R&D team and facilities; oversee project execution against timelines and regulatory requirements
- Direct R&D product development and operations teams; foster inclusive culture and communicate organizational vision
- Manage site assets including budgeting, procurement, maintenance, and resource optimization
- Maintain GLP/RQS quality systems, ensure EHS and animal welfare standards compliance across all activities
- Serve as local representative to government, scientific, and commercial stakeholders in aquaculture field
