What you'll be doing
- Identify, capture, and prosecute new inventions in manufacturing and bioprocessing
- Prepare and prosecute global patent applications covering cell development, purification, assay development, formulation, and packaging
- Conduct patent landscape, freedom-to-operate, validity, and patentability analyses for pipeline products
- Lead US and foreign administrative patent actions including oppositions and inter partes reviews
- Support due diligence, transactional work, and advise on emerging legal and legislative developments
