Role summary
Regeneron seeks a Director, Patent Attorney to manage intellectual property strategy and prosecution for immunology and inflammation therapeutics. What you'll be doing
- Identify and capture new inventions related to therapeutic antibodies and treatment methods
- Coordinate with outside counsel on preparation and prosecution of US and international patents
- Develop and implement coordinated global patent strategies
- Manage patent administrative actions including post-grant oppositions and reviews
- Conduct patent landscape assessments and freedom-to-operate analyses for therapeutic molecules
