What you'll be doing
- Lead organizational research capability area aligned with strategic roadmap and enterprise culture initiatives
- Develop vision, strategy, and execution plan for capability delivery and continuous value improvement
- Manage team of Associate Directors and Managers on multi-consultant projects and client engagements
- Own L2-L4 executive client relationships including scoping, contracting six-figure engagements, and delivery accountability
- Analyze internal and external data to identify insights; coach executives on organizational effectiveness topics
