- Develop and own global Order to Cash technology vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy
- Translate business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and technology decisions
- Lead solution design from requirements analysis through testing, migration, and cutover
- Partner with Legal, Commercial, Finance, and external providers on integrated Order to Cash solutions
- Track performance metrics including Days Sales Outstanding, cash application, billing accuracy, and cycle time
