- Manage innovation pipeline from intake through prioritization, translating external signals into value hypotheses and pilot-ready concepts
- Develop and validate new pricing and access models by defining feasibility, success criteria, risks, and stakeholder alignment
- Identify and engage external stakeholders including PBMs, consultants, and alternative reimbursement players to inform innovation opportunities
- Partner with Intelligence team to convert market signals into actionable innovation opportunities with clear progression tracking
- Develop structured inputs for portfolio governance, quarterly steering reviews, and executive decision-making with defined success measures
