Role summary
Merck seeks an experienced sales leader to direct immunology commercial operations for the U.S. West region. The Director of Commercial Operations will manage regional teams, develop strategic plans, oversee customer relationships, and drive P&L accountability across multiple states.

- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or managed care experience
- 3+ years of people management and customer relationship building
- U.S. West region resident with up to 50% travel capability

- Valid driver's license
- MBA or advanced degree in science, business, or healthcare (preferred)
