Role summary
Merck seeks an experienced sales leader to direct immunology commercial operations across the U.S. Central region. The Director will manage regional teams, oversee customer relationships, develop strategic business plans, and drive P&L performance while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Own customer portfolio and ensure accurate, trusted communications across all team interactions
- Build relationships with senior healthcare leaders and industry thought leaders for strategic engagement
- Align account plans with payer and managed-care considerations to optimize access and reimbursement
- Deliver regional business results and meet defined P&L targets; identify growth opportunities
