Role summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of MTO Operational Excellence to lead continuous improvement initiatives at its Geel, Belgium manufacturing site. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operational Excellence, this senior leader will develop strategies, implement lean processes, and manage the cost improvement portfolio to drive operational performance.

Experience leading and deploying JJPS production systems and RCPS
Business and financial acumen to translate strategic issues into value creation
Demonstrated ability to develop vision, strategy, and execute key projects
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to lead in matrix environments
Project Management Certification (FPX/PMP) preferred
Comprehensive supply chain knowledge preferred

What you'll be doing

Lead and sustain JJPS business processes, lean leadership, and culture of excellence
Manage the cost improvement pipeline, annual targets, and site CIP portfolio in Planisware
Lead deployment of strategic operational excellence initiatives across the site
Oversee site performance management cadence and prepare performance review documentation
Develop direct reports through performance management, talent planning, and resource allocation
