- 15+ years SAP, ERP, digital platform, or enterprise delivery experience in life sciences or regulated manufacturing
- Deep expertise with SAP PLM, SAP QM, SAP S/4HANA, and regulated product lifecycle processes
- Strong knowledge of GxP, GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, validation, and regulated delivery practices
- Proven leadership of global matrix teams, vendors, system integrators, and business stakeholders
- Track record driving standardization, reducing technical debt, and delivering measurable business outcomes
What you'll be doing
- Own end-to-end Regulatory-to-Release capability strategy across PLM, Quality Management, and related platforms
- Set multi-year roadmap and investment priorities for SAP PLM, QM, Batch Release, and quality capabilities
- Lead delivery performance across Regulatory-to-Release portfolio ensuring compliance, quality, and adoption
- Lead Regulatory-to-Release organization, establish priorities, and develop PLM and Quality leaders
- Communicate roadmap, investments, risks, and operational health to senior leadership and governance forums
