What you'll be doing

Define and lead multi-year AI product strategy and roadmap for Technical Development and Quality capabilities
Partner with senior PDM and Tech Ops leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities and develop business cases
Lead and mentor AI Delivery Leads, Data Scientists, and Product Managers; prioritize backlog based on business value and feasibility
Establish product operating model for consistency; translate business objectives into product requirements aligned with data architecture and regulated SDLC
Drive change management and user adoption; define success metrics and guide continuous improvement based on usage and satisfaction data
