- Knowledge of EHS/industrial hygiene protocols for potent cytotoxic compound handling
What you'll be doing
- Provide strategic direction for synthetic organic and medicinal chemistry team focused on ADC discovery
- Lead functional team designing, synthesizing, conjugating, and analyzing ADC payloads and linkers
- Oversee bioconjugation strategy including DAR control and characterization across conjugation approaches
- Direct tech transfer and scale-up of synthetic routes from discovery to GMP manufacturing
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members with focus on performance management and diversity
