Role summary
Director-level compliance leadership role overseeing financial processes and controls for US Market Finance operations. Reports to US Finance Lead with responsibility for managing a team of Associate Directors, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements, coordinating audits, and maintaining financial integrity across the organization.

What you'll be doing
- Lead team of 2 Associate Directors providing compliance support to US Market Finance
- Oversee SOX audit facilitation and quarterly control processes for financial compliance
- Develop and deliver annual training on internal controls, policies, and government pricing requirements
- Prepare quarterly State of Compliance reports and conduct compliance reviews with leadership
- Advise cross-functional teams on new projects, systems, and processes from compliance perspective
