Establish scalable methodologies and best practices to improve workforce effectiveness across the organization
Identify and prioritize capacity optimization opportunities and resource alignment initiatives
Build financial models to quantify opportunity sizing, targets, productivity gains, and cost avoidance
Lead cross-functional execution and drive accountability for strategic transformation initiative delivery

Compensation$141,500.00 - $281,500.00 annually
