Role summary
Director leading a $150M+ lab filtration portfolio spanning devices, microbiology, and collection solutions at Cytiva. Responsible for strategic planning, portfolio performance, innovation pipeline development, and cross-functional execution in a global life sciences business.

- Develop and execute strategic plan for Lab Filtration Devices & Micro portfolio with growth, profitability, and lifecycle management focus
- Monitor portfolio performance against business KPIs and conduct problem-solving to drive improvements
- Lead innovation pipeline ensuring customer-backed projects meet financial targets and competitive positioning
- Partner cross-functionally on new product development, launches, and lifecycle initiatives
- Lead and mentor team of 5 direct reports, establishing high-performance culture with clear accountability
