Role summary
Cytiva seeks a Director to lead a >$150M portfolio of lab filtration devices and microbiology solutions. This strategic leader will drive product innovation, commercial execution, and team development across a global business, reporting to the VP of Diagnostics & Genomics.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in product management, marketing, or portfolio leadership in life sciences or related industries
- Cross-functional experience with R&D, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams on NPD initiatives
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing product management teams
- Portfolio P&L management experience with proven delivery against revenue and margin targets
- Ability to travel internationally up to 35% of the time
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute strategic plans for Lab Filtration Devices & Micro portfolio covering growth, profitability, and market positioning
- Monitor portfolio performance against business KPIs and lead problem-solving to address root causes
- Drive innovation pipeline and new product development execution with cross-functional partners
- Build market insights in lab filtration, microbiology, and sample preparation to identify opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 direct reports with focus on performance and accountability
