What you'll be doing
- Support approximately 30 domestic and international subsidiaries on legal and governance requirements
- Manage cloud-based corporate document database and maintain record integrity
- Draft and maintain board resolutions, shareholder consents, and corporate governance documents
- Advise on intercompany transactions, financing arrangements, and subsidiary formation
- Assist with SEC reporting, treasury matters, and corporate transactions as needed
