- Pharmaceutical company experience in Medical Affairs
- Significant people management experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Fluent written and verbal communication in German and English

What you'll be doing
- Provide vision and strategic direction for assigned Medical Affairs team; manage direct and indirect reports
- Develop and execute therapeutic area strategy, medical plans of action, and cross-functional initiatives
- Build and mentor team members aligned with company competency models; conduct performance reviews
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and budget oversight for the department
- Engage with payers, treatment centers, and community oncology to address clinical and economic barriers to access
