Define and evolve scalable technology strategy and reference architecture for cell therapy operations
Lead build and delivery of Salesforce-based cell coordination platform ensuring compliance and scalability
Own end-to-end software delivery lifecycle including DevSecOps, automation, and quality practices
Orchestrate integrations across Salesforce, AWS, MuleSoft, and event streaming platforms
Build and mentor global team of engineers and solution architects on innovation and best practices
