Role summary
Agilent seeks an experienced Director of Business Development to drive revenue growth across biopharmaceutical and CDMO markets. - Achieve assigned annual revenue goals while maintaining margin expectations
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans and market expansion initiatives
- Identify and qualify emerging business opportunities and industry trends
- Conduct bi-weekly financial forecasting and probability assessments for assigned accounts
- Lead cross-functional projects and serve as voice-of-customer advocate to shape business decisions
