What you'll be doing

Define and execute applications strategy and roadmap for Spatial Biology portfolio aligned with product and business objectives
Lead, mentor, and develop applications scientists and scientific leaders across multiple global locations
Partner with Product Management, Marketing, R&D, and Commercial teams to translate capabilities into customer-relevant application stories
Establish relationships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and strategic partners to support application development
Monitor portfolio performance and organizational effectiveness through KPIs to inform strategic planning and investment decisions
