Role summary
Pfizer seeks a Director to lead Analytics Gateway's ~20-person teams focused on data engineering, business intelligence, and AI-enabled analytics solutions supporting the International Commercial Division. The role combines technical leadership in designing and scaling AI/agentic solutions with people management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic architecture oversight.

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, Machine Learning, or related field
- Demonstrated success designing and delivering AI-enabled analytics solutions at scale
- Technical breadth in ETL, data architecture, BI tools, cloud platforms, and MLOps/LLMOps
- Experience with Snowflake Cortex Agents or similar agentic AI platforms
- Strong stakeholder influence and coaching ability for high-performing teams
What you'll be doing
- Lead and manage ~20 colleagues across AI Engineering, Data Engineering, and BI/Data Visualization teams
- Own design, build, deployment, and scaling of AI-enabled and agentic solutions from proof-of-concept to production
- Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices including model versioning, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Architect end-to-end analytics solutions, curating commercial data and applying data engineering and AI techniques
- Guide team capability evolution toward AI engineering and modern data engineering with infrastructure standardization and mentorship
