What you'll be doing

Partner with GBS Operations leadership and GPOs to prioritize and oversee digitalization efforts including automation, AI, and business intelligence across workstreams
Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and business case evaluation to identify improvement opportunities and align solutions with operational objectives
Facilitate workshops and structured discussions to connect business needs with scalable digital solutions and technical implementation approaches
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into solution designs and support User Acceptance Testing and deployment activities
Monitor initiative progress and coordinate execution across global delivery teams while staying current on emerging digital capabilities
