- Build, modify, rework, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies, PCBs, cable assemblies, prototypes, and test fixtures using engineering drawings
- Perform complex electrical tests, configure laboratory instrumentation, and prepare technical data reports and test records
- Diagnose hardware and system issues using structured troubleshooting methods and multi-disciplinary technical knowledge
- Train, coach, mentor lower-level technicians and collaborate with engineers to develop improved test methods and laboratory workflows
