What you'll be doing

Own data collection, cleaning, and database lock strategies to ensure high-quality, inspection-ready study delivery
Lead risk-based and continuous data review strategies from study initiation through database lock using centralized monitoring and clinical data science methodologies
Identify data quality trends, communicate site-level actions, and maintain data currency to support timely study decisions
Perform data mining and custom analytics to generate operational metrics and develop dashboards supporting study execution
Ensure compliance with federal regulations, GCP, ICH Guidelines, and AbbVie SOPs; mentor team members and lead process improvement initiatives
