- Proven ability to coach and mentor in matrix environments

What you'll be doing
- Own data collection strategy, data cleaning, and database lock approaches for assigned studies
- Lead risk-based and continuous data review strategies leveraging centralized monitoring and statistical methods
- Triage data quality standards, identify trends, and drive site-level corrective actions through cross-functional communication
- Perform data mining and custom analytics; develop dashboards and operational metrics to support study execution
- Ensure regulatory compliance with GCP, ICH Guidelines, and internal SOPs; mentor team members and drive process improvements
