Role summary
Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Order Management Specialist in Seoul to manage customer orders, coordinate shipments, handle billing support, and resolve inquiries. This on-site role serves as the primary point of contact for customers across the order-to-cash cycle within the Korea Customer Service team.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, logistics, life sciences, or related field
- 3+ years of customer service, order management, supply chain operations, or business operations experience
- Fluent written and spoken proficiency in Korean and English
- ERP or order management systems experience; Oracle experience preferred
- Experience supporting cross-functional processes in global or multinational environments
- Valid work permit or visa for employment in South Korea
What you'll be doing
- Process and manage customer orders through shipment and billing in accordance with company policies
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone with accurate, timely, and professional support
- Handle customer complaints by managing replacements, returns, credits, and documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, commercial partners, and internal departments
- Collaborate across functions to improve order-to-cash processes and support digital initiatives
