Role summary

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Finance
4-5 years experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Commercial Operations
Hands-on SAP experience required; S/4HANA experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and SAP master data setup
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Experience with intercompany transactions and SAP SD/MM advantageous
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

What you'll be doing

Manage complete customer order lifecycle from receipt through invoicing and closure in SAP
Create and maintain accurate Sales Orders and intercompany Purchase Orders in SAP systems
Monitor open orders, backorders, and delivery status; proactively manage fulfillment risks
Coordinate with intercompany entities on product availability, lead times, and shipments
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve transactional issues including pricing, master data, and delivery delays
