Role summary
IQVIA seeks a Clinical Research Associate to conduct site monitoring and management for clinical studies. The role ensures sites comply with protocols, regulations, and sponsor requirements while managing recruitment, data quality, and study documentation.

What you'll be doing
- Conduct site monitoring visits including initiation, ongoing monitoring, and close-out activities
- Coordinate subject recruitment planning and tracking with assigned study sites
- Deliver protocol training and maintain regular communication with sites regarding project expectations
- Evaluate site compliance with protocol and regulatory requirements; escalate quality issues
- Track study progress including regulatory submissions, enrollment, CRF completion, and data query resolution
