What you'll be doing

Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance
Review source documents, safety data reports, and case report forms for accuracy
Document investigational product inventory and assess compliance through records review
Identify site deficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and escalate issues to management
Initiate and close out clinical trial sites while ensuring essential documents are complete
