What you'll be doing

Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits to assess protocol compliance and regulatory adherence
Perform data source reviews, data verification visits, and case report form reviews for accuracy
Identify site process failures through risk-based approach and implement corrective/preventive actions
Initiate clinical trial sites, conduct investigator meetings, and manage trial closeout activities
Document findings in reports, escalate deficiencies to management, and provide progress updates to clinical team
