What you'll be doing

Conduct remote and on-site monitoring visits to assess protocol compliance and regulatory adherence at investigational sites
Review case report forms, source documents, and investigational product records; document findings in reports
Escalate identified deficiencies and implement corrective/preventive actions to resolve compliance issues
Maintain trial status documentation in clinical trial management systems and prepare progress reports
Facilitate communication between sites, sponsor companies, and project teams regarding trial conduct
