- Experience advising medical affairs and commercial teams on product launch legal requirements
- Knowledge of healthcare laws including anti-kickback and false claims statutes
- On-site presence 2 days per week required

- Provide legal review of pre-commercial activities including advisory boards, patient engagement, and market research
- Support promotional material review committees with legal guidance
- Manage ongoing contracting lifecycle including agreement interpretation and risk analysis across teams
- Collaborate on updating contracting playbooks and standards with business stakeholders
