What you'll be doing
- Prepare, review, and negotiate complex customer contracts and service agreements
- Serve as point of contact for digital, data, and privacy agreements including BAAs
- Identify legal risks in contracts and collaborate with Legal to implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Regulatory, and Service departments
- Manage contract lifecycle from drafting through execution, renewal, and termination
