  • Advanced degree plus 3 years OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years leading continuous improvement in manufacturing, laboratory, or regulated environment
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred
  • Expertise in lean methodologies: value stream mapping, 5S, standard work, Kaizen facilitation
  • Strong project management skills with ability to lead multiple cross-functional initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across organizational levels
  • Experience developing and delivering lean training programs and mentoring teams

What you'll be doing

  • Implement Practical Process Improvement Business System to enhance operational excellence and efficiency
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and guide process improvement initiatives with site leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Lead multiple improvement projects with focus on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction outcomes
  • Develop lean training programs and mentor teams on continuous improvement methodologies
  • Validate project savings with Finance and demonstrate measurable results from process improvements
Compensation$90,900–$130,000 base
