- Strong scientific judgment with ability to translate complex datasets into actionable conclusions
- Excellent communication skills for diverse scientific audiences; interest in emerging computational and AI approaches
What you'll be doing
- Partner with cross-functional project teams to identify scientific questions addressable through human genetics, genomics, and computational analyses
- Design, execute, and interpret human genetic and multi-omic studies advancing target discovery, biomarker development, and mechanistic understanding
- Apply and develop computational and statistical approaches to analyze complex biological datasets and generate actionable insights
- Own analyses from biological question through recommendation, clearly communicating conclusions and next steps to diverse audiences
- Contribute to scientific publications, regulatory submissions, and communications supporting research and development activities
