  • Experience applying computational methods and bioinformatics tools to large-scale biological datasets
  • Proficiency in R, Python, Unix/Linux environments, and high-performance computing systems
  • Solid foundation in statistics and genetics, including human genetic variation in disease biology
  • Strong scientific judgment with ability to translate complex datasets into actionable conclusions
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse scientific audiences; interest in emerging computational and AI approaches

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with cross-functional project teams to identify scientific questions addressable through human genetics, genomics, and computational analyses
  • Design, execute, and interpret human genetic and multi-omic studies advancing target discovery, biomarker development, and mechanistic understanding
  • Apply and develop computational and statistical approaches to analyze complex biological datasets and generate actionable insights
  • Own analyses from biological question through recommendation, clearly communicating conclusions and next steps to diverse audiences
  • Contribute to scientific publications, regulatory submissions, and communications supporting research and development activities
