What you'll be doing
- Provide strategic leadership for QMS governance and execution across multiple quality system elements
- Own and drive Commercial Quality QMS strategy and execution with operating companies and cross-functional stakeholders
- Enable proactive, risk-based quality management and continuous improvement across the Commercial Quality network
- Build networks that strengthen process ownership, accountability, and timely escalation of quality risks
- Lead direct reports and develop a high-performing, global, diverse team delivering quality execution pillars
