Role summary
Quality Engineer position reporting to Quality Operations leadership, responsible for maintaining manufacturing quality standards and regulatory compliance. Will provide technical support for quality systems design, process improvements, and compliance across plant operations in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Science
- Minimum 2 years work experience with 1+ year in regulated industry
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Intermediate or higher computer skills
- Knowledge of QSR and ISO standards
- Medical device experience preferred
- EIT or PE license preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead quality systems design, development, and implementation for products and processes
- Apply quality engineering tools including FMEA, root cause analysis, and DOE to solve manufacturing problems
- Conduct internal and external audits for QSR and ISO compliance; support nonconformance investigations and corrective actions
- Generate quality indicators, evaluate performance, and develop action plans to eliminate defects
- Support plant initiatives, validations, sterilization processes, and day-to-day operational troubleshooting
