- Lead programmes focused on territory optimization, sales force effectiveness, and pipeline management
- Serve as regional Commercial Operations leader providing strategic direction to country teams
- Act as trusted advisor to Regional Vice Presidents and Commercial Leaders on strategic initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Commercial Operations organisation across the region
