Role summary

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Commercial Analyst in Warsaw to build analytical foundations and commercial processes for Service Sales across EMEA. Advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP ERP, and Salesforce experience required
Snowflake and SQL experience required
Experience in ERP and CRM environments in international business context
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and commercial acumen with stakeholder collaboration skills
Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous

What you'll be doing

Support design and development of commercial processes across SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceMax for Service Sales
Build analytical visibility and dashboards for service contract coverage, install base, and forecasting using Snowflake
Define and refine commercial KPIs and performance metrics relevant to Service Sales operations
Support data quality standards, identify data issues, and promote disciplined governance practices
Partner cross-functionally with Technical Service, Sales, Finance, and IT on commercial transformation initiatives
